Expanded Polyethylene Foam

FOAMTECH EPE foam sheet is an extruded expanded polyethylene foam with semi-hardness, non-crosslinked and closed cell structure. Our EPE foam material are available in density from 23 kg/m³ to 27 kg/m³. They can come in planks, sheets or rolls according to custom requirements with original width from 1 m to 1.8 m and thickness from 0.3 mm to 6 mm. Also its thickness can be flexibly adjusted by lamination technique. FOAMTECH EPE foam is lightweight, flexible and highly resilient, which is an ideal foam material for protective cushioning and general packaging usage. As an economical closed cell foam, our EPE foam is quite popular to use for various of moisture resistance and heat & thermal insulation required applications. You could easily find them in basic foam packaging, floor underlay, furniture edge protection and water flotation etc.. Our expanded polyethylene foam is acceptable for most foam fabrication processes including die-cutting, horizontal and vertical sawing, CNC contour cutting, Heat or PSA lamination and so on.
