Cross linked polyethylene foam is extensively adopted as solutions for precision electronic instruments, medical and health care products. Cross linked Polyethylene foam is closed cell foam material which has excellent physical properties on insulation, cushion and water absorption. Here we demonstrate the custom foam packaging solutions for precision electronic instruments. This foam packing insert is made of our irradiation crosslinked Polyethylene foam. By utilizing our foam thermoforming method, the rectangle foam insert are fabricated with custom size and shape. Customer can use this foam packaging case to hold their precise electronic instruments and parts in a very safe and supportive way.
